Vanessa Brangwyn is a global customer experience leader who currently serves as the Head of Customers for Pigment, the leading business planning platform for forward-thinking organizations. She is responsible for leading Pigment’s customer experience teams and representing the voice of the customer as a member of the executive team. Vanessa has over 15 years of experience in the B2B SaaS space, holding various client services leadership roles for high-growth technology companies including Achievers and Eloqua and holds degrees in Psychology and Marketing Management from the University of Guelph.

Jonathan Steele, Strategic Business Architect

Jonathan has over 15 years of experience in Customer Success, Sales, and partner management at world-leading companies like Alida, NielsenIQ, and Vena Solutions. Jonathan is passionate about providing strategic guidance and tactical support while clients architect, implement, and refine their customer value and experience frameworks. He is deeply committed to the field of Customer Success, and has been an active contributor to this community throughout his entire career. Jonathan holds a BSc and BA from Queen’s University (Chemical Engineering and Philosophy) and an MBA from York University’s Schulich School of Business.
